As, I’m not good with my grammar and all that, but I’ll get my point through.
First of all, I want to say congratulation to my niece and her husband. I had the pleasure to take some time off from everything and take a couple of photos. Yes, this image is very emotional. As a my sister fixes her 2nd oldest outfit for her departure it was heart breaking. No matter whatever happens we didn’t want the day to end even though she lives like just a couple minute away. Will, I’ll get to that later.
Will, if you don’t know about our culture “Hmong” this is how it goes.
While all the negotiating is going on, the woman is out cooking and making the best meal for the wedding. In a traditional Hmong wedding it is a 2 day wedding, but this was a fast and easy wedding.
Everyone, having fun chatting with each other.
Cake and dessert is ready for everyone and now we are just waiting for the bride and groom to cut the cake for everyone.
Before everyone start to eat, one last talk for the bride and groom to start their life and to say their thank you to everyone.
This girl is so interested in eating the cake. She’s so silly.
Now, comes the moment to say good bye to the family and my sweet niece is going to live with her husband forever.
Fixing her last outfit for her before she leaves. A mother’s heart break and her heart fills with tears. As each of her tears falls she only remembers the days she held her daughter and cuddle her for safety.
A mother’s hug is forever to treasure.
As good-bye are so sad and happy at the same time. The mens are saying good-bye in their own way.
Last drink with the mother in law before the groom leaves.
